Meet Heather Fayhee MSN, FNP-C
Healthcare starts with a partnership
Heather Fayhee is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Eno River Family Wellness. She created the practice with one simple goal in mind — to bring genuine, relationship-based healthcare back to the heart of her community.
Heather earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004, where she developed a deep appreciation for whole-person, preventive, and compassionate care. Over the past two decades, she has cared for patients across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including family medicine and primary care.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that healthcare should be personal, accessible, and free from unnecessary barriers. By practicing through the Direct Primary Care model, Heather is able to spend more time listening, teaching, and partnering with her patients — helping them feel supported, understood, and empowered in their health journey.
Outside of the clinic, Heather loves spending time with her husband and 3 children, gardening, biking and hiking.
